Cardio Mix

Cardio Mix class consist of a rhythmic music playlist that will make you move your body throughout the whole session! This class might be a bit similar with few dance fitness classes but what make it so different is some songs in the class will including a whole workout cardio movements such as jumping jacks, lunges and more! So you don’t just get a full cardio session, but also some functional workout movement to help you with your strength & endurance.
